About the Role

St John's Aged Care Facility for Men at Toowong, has a part time opportunity for an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. We can offer up to 72 hours per fortnight. 

St John's is home to both low and high care male residents, many of whom requiring dementia specific care. 

We are seeking an experienced E.E.N to provide a high standard of direct clinical care to our residents working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse, mainly within our Dementia secure area, Jacaranda. 

Presently we have shifts available Monday to Friday, mostly mornings, some afternoons and with some opportunities for weekend and leave relief work.

Experience and knowledge in resident centred dementia care is desirable but an enthusiasm to learn and develop further your career will be highly regarded. 

You will be required to have a motivation and passion to make a positive difference to your client's well being and current QNC registration and qualifications. Additionally you are required to hold and maintain a suitable National Police Certificate at your expense.
