As a Senior Software Developer, you will be looked upon as an expert, advocate and mentor to fellow engineers on making design and reliability decisions, with an ability to inspire and communicate effectively with your team and all stakeholders. Key to your success will be your strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent coding skills, algorithms and systems design. With a proven track record in designing highly transactional, scalable and business critical solutions in a fast paced environment, you will also have the ability to tackle complex problems head-on.

Essential Skills and Experience 

• 6+ years solid Java experience
• Strong experience in data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis
• Proven experience in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Ability to be flexible and think outside the box
• Focused on the outcome for the team and Company
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field/degree, and/or equivalent work experience
• Strong aptitude for learning new skills
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment would be advantageous
