About the Opportunity

Internet Thinking and On Line Opinion have an exciting opportunity for a Web Developer to join their vibrant Fortitude Valley team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing systems and helping to expand the company's business.

Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

• Redeveloping OLO in Joomla;
• Migrating existing sites onto managed servers;
• Converting Legacy Systems to Joomla;
• Promoting Internet Thinking as specialists in Open Source and Web 2.0.

Applicants should have project management and customer service skills, as well as experience in the use of PHP, ASP (being phased out), Linux and MySQL. You should also be familiar with Joomla and WordPress. Extensive programming experience (including building Web 2.0 sites) will be looked upon favourably.

Relevant qualifications will be highly regarded, but most importantly On Line Opinion are seeking someone with practical experience, good communication skills and strong problem solving abilities.
